Refund & Return Policy

At Rooted & Wild Print Co., every item is made to order with care just for you. Because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before placing it.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order.

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If approved, we'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Size & Color

Please review the size chart before ordering.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Color preference
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
