Processing Time

All of our items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships. During new releases, holidays, and sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer $6.00 flat-rate shipping on all orders within the United States.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
